Middle Sister's Day At School

Today I went to school. We had indoor recess because it was too icy and it was below zero, I think. At Centers we play Dance Class sometimes. We did that today. And we did an art project at center. We also try to make our hair look the same as each other. The whole class sang two songs together today. The other thing that happened today is that there was no toilet paper in either girl bathroom. We had to use paper towels for a while. Ick. Now it's all fixed.

Middle Sister's Weekend

Here's what I did this I did this weekend:

Friday: My sister Leah had a birthday party, so we didn't go to gymnastics. I have fun at gymnastics, but sometimes it does hurt a little. That means your body is getting stronger. I get to go to gymnastics two times this week - on Wednesday and Friday.

Saturday: Our family watched the last Shiloh movie. It's sort of like the book, but there are some different parts like when the criminals are trying to break into the store. The movie was a little scary because in the book you can't really see the scary parts, even though you can guess what they are in your head.

Sunday: After church our good friend, Japhy, came to play. When we had to drop her back off we played a really fun game in the car where we spend our time just talking. At first before we started our game we had the music turned up really loud!

Middle Sister-What I Learned Today at School

Today I went to school. I learned how to go down the slide face first on my belly, feet last. We are doing some work in math on tens and ones (at least that is what her mother thinks she is talking about). We also read the book Just One More Swim. It was a great book.

Big Sister Talk About Penguins

In my classroom all the kids are making books that are going to be published. We are researching animals, and I picked the penguin. So far I know a few facts. Penguins spend seventy five percent of their time in water. They waddle in a funny way. They have black and white feathers. They live in Antarctica. Tomorrow I am researching what type of food they eat.

At recess today my friends and me went down the slides all kinds of crazy ways. We held on to feet and hands and pulled each other down.

Today after school I visited my dad at his office.

Big Sister Speaks

I'm enjoying my weekend. Like Middle Sister said, my cousin Meredith came over to see us. She brought me some make-up, too (mine's an MP3 player). I'm obsessed with the TV show Gilligan's Island, so Meredith watched it with me. We watched the episode where Skipper lost his memory and then at the end of the show Gilligan loses his memory.

Middle Sister Speaks

Today is Saturday. My cousin Meredith came over and we beaded together. My favorite thing to do in our house is beads. I love to do lots of different patterns with them. Meredith also brought us presents. I got a make-up cell phone and fake nails. She also put makeup on Little Sister and me. Big Sister got a present, too.
